Mike Sales, Sales Manager, Urban Impact
After a year of 'commuting' from Toronto every couple of weeks to provide management consulting services to Urban Impact, Mike Sales recently made the move the Westcoast by accepting a full-time position as Sales Manager for the Richmond-based company. Leading a team of four sales associates who cover the Lower Mainland from Whistler to Chilliwack, Mike is focused on expanding Urban Impact's customer base for both the recycling and shredding divisions. He also develops and leads various community and education initiatives for the company.
For the past five years, Mike has worked as an independent consultant for a variety of businesses, including Urban Impact, helping companies with strategic planning, finance and restructuring. Prior to consulting, Mike spent 10 years in Toronto where he owned a successful promotional marketing business that focused on the music industry.
Aaron Collett, Sales Associate, Urban Impact
Urban Impact recently welcomed Aaron Collet to its fast growing company, as Sales Associate. Aaron is responsible for recycling and shredding accounts across the Fraser Valley region.
After recently leaving the Vancouver Police force, Aaron sought a position in sales and was attracted to Urban Impact as an employer due to its people-oriented culture and sustainable values and practices. Prior to his position at VPD, Aaron worked as a Sales Representative for renowned companies such as Pacific Press, Finning, and Leavitt Machinery.
