From Vancouver :

Oak Street bridge:
Heading southbound take the first exit for Richmond. Turn right at the Husky gas station (Great Canadian Way) and then right again onto Bridgeport, heading east.

Knight Street bridges:
Heading southbound take the first exit for Richmond BUT proceed in the left hand lane of the exit so that you go under the overpass and follow the “clover leaf”, coming out on Bridgeport heading east.

Take Bridgeport east until you can go no further, which will be No. 6 Rd. Turn left, go over the tracks and then right onto River Road. Turn right on Savage, which is your third right, and then left on Knox Way. We are the last building on right (south) side.

Please park on the street. Our office is on the west side of the building.

From Fraser Valley :

Get onto Highway 91 and head westbound.

Exit the highway at No. 6 Rd. Turn right at the end of the exit and head north on No. 6 Rd. Proceed north until you can go no further and then turn right onto River Road. Turn right on Savage, which is your third right, and then left on Knox Way. We are the last building on right (south) side.

From Delta :

Head northbound on Hwy. 99, through the Deas Island tunnel.

Exit the highway at exit #36, onto Westminster Hwy, heading east.

Take the second left onto No. 6 Rd. Proceed north until you can go no further and then turn right onto River Road. Turn right on Savage, which is your third right, and then left on Knox Way. We are the last building on right (south) side.

Head east on the Trans Canada Highway / BC-1 E. Take exit 40A for Brunette Avenue South toward New Westminster. Take a right onto Brunette Avenue. Take a left onto Braid Street. Take the 2nd right which will be Canfor Avenue and continue onto Capilano Way. Urban Impact will be on the left at the end of the street.

From Fraser Valley :

Take the Stewardson Way exit toward New Westminster and continue onto Columbia Street. Take a slight right onto Brunette Avneue and then a slight right again onto Spruce Avenue. Take the 1st left onto Edworthy Way and then a right onto Capilano Way. Urban Impact will be on the left at the end of the street.
